    Philip G. Heasley

    President and Chief Executive OfficerACI Worldwide, Inc.

    Mr. Heasley was named president and CEO of ACI Worldwide in March 2005. He has more than 30 years in payment systems and financial services. Before joining the company, he was chairman and CEO of Paypower, LLC. From 2000 to 2003, he was chairman and CEO of First USA Bank, the credit card subsidiary of Bank One. Prior to joining First USA Bank, Mr. Heasley spent 13 years in executive positions at U.S. Bancorp, including six years as vice chairman and the last two years as president and chief operating officer. Before joining U.S. Bancorp, Mr. Heasley spent 13 years at Citicorp, including three years as president and COO of Diners Club, Inc.

    Mr. Heasley served as chairman of the board of Visa USA from 1996 until November 2003 and was a member of the board of Visa International during the same period. Mr. Heasley also serves, or has served, as a director of Fidelity National Financial, Inc., Ohio Casualty Corporation, Fair Isaac Corporation, Kintera Inc., The Schwan Food Company, Inc., and Public Radio International. Mr. Heasley holds an MBA from Bernard Baruch Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Marist College.

    Scott Behrens

    Executive Vice President, Chief Financial OfficerACI Worldwide, Inc.

    Mr. Behrens serves as executive vice president, chief financial officer of ACI Worldwide. He is responsible for global finance activities at ACI Worldwide.  Mr. Behrens joined ACI Worldwide in June 2007. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Behrens served as senior vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer at SITEL Corporation from January 2005 to June 2007. He also served as vice president of Financial Reporting at SITEL Corporation from April 2003 to January 2005. From 1993 to 2003, Mr. Behrens served as a senior manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Mr. Behrens holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.

  • Dennis Byrnesborder

    Dennis Byrnes

    Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative OfficerACI Worldwide, Inc.

    Mr. Byrnes serves as executive vice president, chief administrative officer, general counsel and secretary of ACI Worldwide. He is responsible for the legal department, facilities department, corporate management office, corporate tools, corporate marketing, corporate IT and human resources at ACI Worldwide.  Mr. Byrnes joined the company in June 2003. Prior to that Mr. Byrnes served as an attorney in Bank One Corporation’s technology group from 2002 to 2003. From 1996 to 2002 Mr. Byrnes was an executive officer at Sterling Commerce, Inc., an electronic commerce software and services company, serving as that company’s general counsel from 2000. From 1991 to 1996 Mr. Byrnes was an attorney with Baker Hostetler, a national law firm with more than 600 attorneys. Mr. Byrnes holds a JD (cum laude) from the Ohio State University College of Law, an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in engineering (magna cum laude) from Case Western Reserve University.

    Daniel Frate

    Executive Vice President, Global Markets and Product ManagementACI Worldwide, Inc.

    Daniel Frate is executive vice president, Global Markets and Product Management at ACI Worldwide. Mr. Frate joined ACI in August 2012 and is responsible for delivering customer satisfaction through tight alignments of product roadmaps with market needs. Prior to joining ACI, Mr. Frate was executive vice president at PNC Bank, where he led the Retail Banking products and pricing group.

    Mr. Frate joined PNC through its acquisition of National City Corporation, where he served as vice chairman and executive vice president, leading the Retail Banking business. Before joining National City, he served as vice president and chief operating officer of Bank One Card Services.
     
    Frate is a member of the board of directors of the Vocational Guidance Services and John Carroll University. He is also a member of The Financial Services Roundtable.

    He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from John Carroll University and a master’s degree in Finance from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University.

    Tony Scotto

    Executive Vice President, Global DevelopmentACI Worldwide, Inc.

    Mr. Scotto is Executive Vice President, Global Development at ACI having joined the company in March of 2010. With more than 30 years' experience running global product development organizations, he is responsible for architecture and design, coding, testing, development centers of excellence and software process for strategic products.  As vice president of product development at 170 Systems, Inc., Mr. Scotto was responsible for scaling all aspects of development, including headcount, product strategy, development processes and integration with other key corporate functions. Prior to that, Mr. Scotto held executive positions in product development at Oracle, StorageNetworks, Inc., and Idiom, Inc.  Mr. Scotto holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut.

    Charles H Linberg

    Chief Technology Officer,ACI Worldwide, Inc.

    Mr. Linberg is the chief technology officer at ACI Worldwide. Mr. Linberg joined ACI in 1988 and has served in various technical management roles including vice president of payment systems, vice president of architecture and technology, vice president of BASE24 development and vice president of Network Systems. As chief technology officer, he is responsible for the architectural direction of ACI products including the formation of platform, middleware and integration strategies. Prior to joining ACI, Charlie served as vice president of research and development at XRT, Inc., where he led the development of XRT’s proprietary fault-tolerant LAN/WAN communications middleware, relational database and 4GL products.  Mr. Linberg holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.

    Craig Maki

    Senior Vice President, Corporate Development Officer,ACI Worldwide, Inc.

    Mr. Maki serves as senior vice president, corporate development officer. He is responsible for acquisitions, alliances, and financial planning and analysis at ACI Worldwide.  Mr. Maki joined ACI Worldwide in June 2006. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Maki served as senior vice president for Stephens, Inc. from 1999 through 2006. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Maki was a director in the corporate finance group at Arthur Andersen and from 1991 to 1994, he was a senior consultant at Andersen Consulting. Mr. Maki holds his MBA from the University of Denver and Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming.

    Executive Vice President, Global Customer Operations,ACI Worldwide, Inc.

    As Executive Vice President, Global Customer Operations, David Morem leads ACI On Demand and the integration of ORCC. He was previously responsible for delivering world class support for all ACI products, a key aspect of the company's priority on customer satisfaction. Morem joined ACI Worldwide in June 2005. Prior to joining ACI, Mr. Morem held executive positions at GE Home Loans, Bank One Card Services and U.S. Bank. Mr. Morem brings more than 30 years of experience in process management, finance, operations, credit policy and change management. Mr. Morem holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota.
